POEM - GRACE

GRACE Your grace is ever evolving in deeper and wider circles Sizing out like a tsunami a portait of your face. If you think you can measure, count the parts of the whole - contemplate think again - It's full of mercy and forgiveness poured from His holy bowl. From the altar of kindness From the altar of greatness The High Priest Himself - left His Holy Place to come and wash your feet !! @cherylbrand 2024

CORONATION

Well, today there is a new King in England.  Charles III.  And a new queen - Queen Camilla.  Will there be great jubilation and a new regime from this King in England?  It will be interesting to see. I didn't watch the coronation - wrong time for me.  But I will probably catch the reruns of the festivities.  England was probably out with all their banners and flags.  And enjoying parties with friends and family.   I am an ex-pat so I won't be there to see the atmosphere and hear the shouts of jubilation, I'm sure it will be quite a day in jolly Olde England.  I wasn't there when Queen Elizabeth II was coronated either mostly because I was only one year old and my Mother, as far as I know, was not there either.  It is quite an elaborate occasion. Well, cheers to you Blighty and all hope for a bright and a prosperous future! http://xbrand.price351.hop.clickbank.net/?x=sse

ONE MOMENT

All of life is: - Just one moment One moment in time One still atom of sublime Past and present combined All tied together In a parcel, a package A fortress of memories And steps in the sand Called a "moment in time".

PETITION

BRING US HOME How long have we waited how long have we mourned the loss of our Savior the loss of our Lord. He has not forsaken us He has not brought change Change from what we were to be our selves again. Has he not lifted us above our fellow man given wisdom and understanding for all the years to come. He is our fortune And our inheritence for sure and given all heavens treasures for us to be secure. what better companion what better friend even though we tarry and wait for His return May He give us solace and strength to endure for what shall we with the weight of all the weary years. He came at the end of the ages to bring us good cheer he came to bring deliverance for all that He shed many a tear. For all that He laid down on our behalf and more Gave gifts of immensity for all in capitivity. How long should we wait how long forlorn waiting on our Saviour To Bring Us Home. by C. RAISE THE RAFTERS We will raise the rafters in praise to thee o God our Lord and Redeemer and forever friend. When we stand in your presence how we will praise your name o Holy one of Israel All praise to you will go. Sing with our hearts and minds with all our soul songs of your faithfulness and songs of your glory. Raise them with force Force of our love That you saved us And overcame all! @cherylbrand

SNOW SNOW SNOW

Today we have snow -- lots of snow.  I understand that it is in most places in the state.   I think we have had about 10 inches by now on Sunday February 14... nice love gift huh?  The children probably love going out and playing in it.  But for me its frustrating in that it stops me from going to the store right now.  The snow is too thick on the roads.   Great time to bake a cake.  I made a two layer yellow cake yesterday with raspberry filling.  It turned out really good.  I love having the oven on when the high is 26 degrees for the day.   Here is a website that you might want to take a look at that has the best cakes. https://155b7wcllbis4x8ct6tfyceq8k.hop.clickbank.net/ I worry about the people that are living in tents at this time of  year, and hope that they have found somewhere to go inside.  Its way too cold to be outside. It is so quiet outside... no traffic... no sounds whatsoever.  Everyone is hunkered down in the house.  Catching up on watching their movies and videos.   .

FOUND RELATIVE!

Not too long ago, I found a relative that I didnt even know about.  Apparantly my dad had a cousin and maybe cousins that I didnt have any idea about. How wonderful!  She is my 2nd cousin -- my dad's first cousin and lives in the state of Oregon.  She moved here to the USA with her husband in 1968.  They first lived in Texas and then moved to Oregon about a year ago.  Now, she was my dad's first cousin related to him by his dad (my grandad) being brother to her dad.   I was elated to find her and we have talked on the phone a few times to learn about each other.  Her name is Barbara and she told me that her dad and my grandad were best friends.  I asked where they grew up and she said on Edgeware Road in London and that they lived in a flat that was above horse stables.  How interesting!!   So we found each other and corresponded through phone calls, but I found her son on facebook and he and I share some things across our pages and he sends pix of recipes that he and his mum h
