LAST DAY OF SECOND PASSOVER

I dont keep track of the Jewish calendar -- so I have to go as I have read that this the last day of second passover on the 2019 calendar.

 June 2, 2019 is the date. And it is a sabbath also.  This is a very significant feast given in the scriptures.  It is for those that have gone on a long journey or for the unclean to be able to celebrate passover when the first passover has past.

 Its been very hot here in Eastern Washington where I live.  I have to put the sprinklers out in the morning for at least a half an hour and sometimes at night to try to keep the lawn green.  Finally got the backyard grass cut and weed eated the weeds -- trying to find a lawn guy around here is like looking for gold.  
Went to a yard sale the other day and found a necklace (antique I think) of beautiful rhinestones set in silver by Weiss.  I think I will keep it in my jewelry collection.  Dont think it is worth anything anyway.  

So what ever you do for passover in your house -- have a lovely day or if you dont celebrate it -- have a lovely day anyway this June 2 of the spring season.

I got a DOG...she is an AUSTRALIAN SHEEP DOG MINATURE

I actually have a dog. the first dog that I have ever owned. She is a lovely dog -- the vetenarian said that she is an Aussie Sheepdog miniature. Who knew, I would not have. I know or I did know nothing about dogs. I have been learning a lot though since acquiring my lovely sheepdog that I named Candy. She is sweet, and obedient, and is caring. You say 'caring'? Yes, I watched the way she was with a dog that I was dog-sitting for about a month, and she was incredibly kind to the other dog. She shared her bones, her bed, her toys everything. They played well together and she would kiss him a lot so I knew that she really liked him. But the thing that impressed me the most about the way she was with him -- was that the first night he was with us (he slept on the couch, his favorite place), she slept there also all night so that he wouldn't be all alone --when she usually slept in her dog bed next to my bed on the floor in my bedroom. FOUND RELATIVE!

Not too long ago, I found a relative that I didnt even know about.  Apparantly my dad had a cousin and maybe cousins that I didnt have any idea about. How wonderful!  She is my 2nd cousin -- my dad's first cousin and lives in the state of Oregon.  She moved here to the USA with her husband in 1968.  They first lived in Texas and then moved to Oregon about a year ago.  Now, she was my dad's first cousin related to him by his dad (my grandad) being brother to her dad.   I was elated to find her and we have talked on the phone a few times to learn about each other.  Her name is Barbara and she told me that her dad and my grandad were best friends.  I asked where they grew up and she said on Edgeware Road in London and that they lived in a flat that was above horse stables.  How interesting!!   So we found each other and corresponded through phone calls, but I found her son on facebook and he and I share some things across our pages and he sends pix of recipes that he and his mum h
