LAST DAY OF SECOND PASSOVER I dont keep track of the Jewish calendar -- so I have to go as I have read that this the last day of second passover on the 2019 calendar. June 2, 2019 is the date. And it is a sabbath also.  This is a very significant feast given in the scriptures.  It is for those that have gone on a long journey or for the unclean to be able to celebrate passover when the first passover has past. Its been very hot here in Eastern Washington where I live.  I have to put the sprinklers out in the morning for at least a half an hour and sometimes at night to try to keep the lawn green.  Finally got the backyard grass cut and weed eated the weeds -- trying to find a lawn guy around here is like looking for gold.   Went to a yard sale the other day and found a necklace (antique I think) of beautiful rhinestones set in silver by Weiss.  I think I will keep it in my jewelry collection.  Dont think it is worth anything anyway.   So what ever you do for passover in you

EASTER GREETINGS

Happy Easter Everybody! I am having my nephew for the weekend... so that is nice!   We will probably go to the park and feed the ducks and take candy for a walk with us.  We might go out to the restaurant for breakfast or pie and coffee.  We will see.  I am pretty sure we will go to a church service - but remains to see which one we go to, as he wants to go to one, and I want to go to another.   Its beautiful out right now -- sunny, slight breeze, and fresh.  I am hoping for a shower later though to water the grass and flowers (and wash my car) haha. We are having a full pink moon this weekend.  I sat outside last night after dark because it was quite comfortably warm here last night and watched the pink moon come up over the horizon and gently lift up towards the middle of the sky when I decided it was time to go to bed.  It was really lovely to see.  Glad there were no clouds in the way or rain as one person said that stopped them from seeing it on April 19, 2019.  I
WE ARE HAVING A SNOW STORM! It is definitely a lot of snow right now on February 20,2019.  Actually it is clearing out some, but for all intents and purposes it is snowing right now as I speak.  Of course it is suppose to be just a sprinkling compared to the 12 to 18 inches we have already that has accumulated on the ground and made for quite a mess here in south western Washington State. I was not even able to walk down my driveway or front yard for several days last week.  I would have slipped and fallen for sure.  So a couple of my neighbors offered to go to the store for me - which was a life saver indeed.  Then my neighbor cleared my driveway out so that I could at least get out when I was finally able to. The storm is travelling across the country now and it is going to end up in the New England states.  I hope they don't have as much snow as we did.  Our temperatures are hovering in the high 20s and sometimes our high for the day is freezing.  But I talked to someone o
